last days of summer
After months of summer the new school year is quickly approaching.
First of all I want to say how thankful I am for these last few warm days. Our winters are beyond cold and I will never again take for granted warm weather. I am also thankful for free resources in our area. We have a beautiful library that we visit multiple times a week (see pictures above). The kids know the space well, relax and enjoy themselves. Off of the children's wing is a nice fenced in outdoor area that they love to explore. And I am very thankful for the flexibility of my part-time job with the Etsy shop. It is a great fit for our family and the age of our kids.
With these last few weeks of summer approaching I am ready for new routines to start this fall. Our oldest will start kindergarten and our littlest will attend preschool a few mornings a week. Bryce and Kinsey best function with structure (its taken me a while to fully realize this). We learned this summer to keep bedtimes consistent and I am pretty confident school will be a good thing for the family.
Are you ready for fall?
