I’m listening to Bing Crosby Christmas on Pandora while I write this and my white Christmas tree is giving off a beautiful glow. It officially feels like Christmas. We are still at work on the outdoor decorations–and are admittedly minimal with our decor outside but I think we need a few more lights to keep up with the neighbors…Anyway, I digress. Gingerbread creamer is one of my holiday favorites. I first made it a few years ago. It tastes delicious, adds holiday flavor, and is free of the additives that grocery store flavored creamers include.
