Rifle Paper Co. Rug Review

In this review, I share my experience with a Rifle Paper Co rug. Having been an avid admirer of Rifle Paper Co.’s notebooks, cards, and wallpaper for years, I naturally gravitated towards their home decor pieces when outfitting my new living space. The feminine floral rugs seemed like an ideal complement to my home’s aesthetic.
Area rugs and rug runners will add charm and warmth to a home or apartment. Rugs require no installation or hardware and are relatively inexpensive. If you have wood or plank flooring, rugs will keep your feet warm during the cold months.

After looking at a lot of different styles, I narrowed down my rug selection to the Wisteria Cream rug in the Maison Collection for the living room. Rifle Paper Co rugs were created in partnership with Loloi, a reputable rug brand.
The colors in this rug include muted denim tones and some hints of purple. The warm sandy-gold flowers help to tie in the warmth of living room furniture like a leather sofa or wood floors. The rug’s background color is creamy off-white with some tone variation (it helps to conceal dirt).
One of the design elements I like in my Rifle Paper Co rug is the birds toward the middle of the area rug. I made sure to not cover them with the coffee table or sofa.
The Rifle Paper Co rug is power-loomed polyester. It feels soft underfoot and is very easy to clean with a vacuum.
The rug is quite flat, so I recommend budgeting for a rug pad when you purchase this rug. I purchased a 7’x9’ 3/8” thick pad under my rug. It has a nice cushion feel to it.
The rug has a pretty double denim edge that fits our sectional well. Honestly, I didn’t expect the sectional to fit so well between the borders, but I am pleased with how it worked out!
I paid $254 for the 7′-6″ x 9′-6″ area rug and $69 for the rug pad. Prices may go up and down depending on the month. At the time I purchased it, the Rifle Paper Co x Loloi Wisteria Cream area rug was the cheapest on Amazon. But if you have a coupon this rug style is also available on Wayfair.
